Hello,
I'm a fiddler and a member of the Washington State Old Time Fiddler's Association. I will be visiting family in Gainesville TX between 5/26 and 6/7, and am curious if there are any contests, jams, shows, or other public events close to the Gainesville area where I could hear some Texas fiddlers. I have been playing for about 13 years and have been fortunate to have played in several different regions of the US, and have been amazed at how differently old time music is played across the country. This is my first trip to Texas and I'm really hoping to hear some Texas renditions of this great old time music.

Play will begin at 10 with the 0-15 division
